Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 June 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Rx-Stats collects, uses, and protects information when you use this website. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the service:
- Account details — the email address you sign in with, and authentication credentials managed by our authentication provider.
- Cookies — a sign-in (session) cookie and a site-access cookie. These are strictly functional (see Cookies below).
- Server logs — standard technical data such as IP address, browser/user-agent, and request timestamps, generated automatically when you access the site.
We do not collect patient, clinical, or health information. The pharmaceutical pricing and statistics shown on the site are public, aggregate data and do not identify individuals.
How we use information
Information is used to operate and secure the service, authenticate users, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies required to sign you in and to control access to the site. We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to deliver the service, and share information with them only as needed for that purpose:
- Supabase — authentication and account storage.
- Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
- Cloudflare — DNS and network/security layer.
These providers may process data on infrastructure located outside your country of residence.
Data retention
Account information is kept while your account is active and until you ask us to delete it. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access to the application is restricted to authenticated users, and administrative access is limited. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK/EU GDPR or the Australian Privacy Principles), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the link in the page footer.
Children
Rx-Stats is intended for professional use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
